To validate your booking a deposit of 50% of the amount is necessary.
Any reservation request not confirmed in writing will be canceled after 48 hours. The deposit must be paid no later than 5 days from the date of our confirmation. Prices are inclusive of all taxes, upon receipt of the deposit, an email of good receipt will be sent to you with details of the service reserved, having the value of a contract. The balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Any cancellation and / or modification must be confirmed in writing (letter, e-mail). For a cancellation occurring more than 8 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit paid as a reservation guarantee will be returned to you. For any stay canceled less than 8 days before the scheduled arrival, shortened, delayed arrival, reduction in the number of rooms or no-show, the full deposit will be forfeited at the guest house as provided by the booking confirmation (article 1590 of the Civil Code). For any stay canceled less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival, the total amount of the stay will be acquired at the guest house. Reservation and Payment by check (only on a French bank), bank transfer, cash and holiday vouchers (holiday vouchers are only accepted for reservations through our site).
