RESERVATION :

Upon your reservation request, a contract will be sent to you detailing the service offered and an option for 48 hours. To confirm this reservation the contract must be returned signed. Without return of the contract the reservation option will be canceled after 48 hours.
This reservation must be accompanied by payment within 5 days of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay, or the entire price of the stay if the reservation is made less than 2 weeks before the arrival date. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
Upon receipt of payment, you will be sent an email confirming receipt. Any balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

Any cancellation and/or modification must be confirmed in writing (mail, e-mail).
For a cancellation occurring more than 2 weeks before the planned arrival, all amounts paid will be returned to you.
For any stay canceled between 2 weeks and 1 week before the planned arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be acquired by the guest house.
For any stay canceled less than 1 week before the planned arrival, shortened, delayed arrival, reduction in the number of rooms/gîte or no show, the entire amount of the stay will be acquired by the guest house.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, the contract becomes void, the tenant can dispose of his accommodation. Cancellation conditions of less than one week apply.
If the stay is shortened, the price of the stay is acquired by the owner. No refunds will be made.

PAYMENT 
Reservation and Payment by check (only from a French bank), bank transfer, cash or chèque-vacances checks (paper or connect).
